    Cook & Eat committee member Sandra Nelson Miller and Finnish Nordic Northwest member Pirjo Schulbach will lead the class in making the traditional Christmas cookies Honungsbatar (Swedish Honeyboats) and Joulutortut (Finnish Stars.) As an added bonus they will prepare glogg, using the recipe which won Nordic Northwest’s glogg competition last season.
