Finlandia Foundation National annually awards matching monies to students from age seven through high school who receive funds from a FFN chapter to attend Salolampi Language Village in Bemidji, Minnesota. The newly constructed Nordic Heritage Museum in Seattle celebrates the Grand Opening of its 57,000-square foot facility with two days of events. Core exhibitions will share Nordic and Nordic-American cultural heritage with a wide audience, and the facility will incorporate Nordic ideals such as functional design and environmental sustainability.
