ME: Meet the Finn Cooks
Finnish Heritage House South Thomaston, ME, United StatesFFN Lecturer of the Year team, Soile Anderson and Eleanor Ostman, will co-present aspects of Finnish foodways. Authors of the book Celebrations to Remember: Exceptional Party Décor and Fabulous Food, they will also demonstrate how to prepare two Finnish foods: piirakka and salmon chowder, with samples for attendees.
