WA: Family Fun in Seattle
August 3, 2017
The Nordic Heritage Museum in Seattle offers back-to-back programs for families:
10 a.m.: NORDIC STORIES
It’s our tenth year of Nordic Stories, geared toward preschool aged children and their grown-ups. Held the first Thursday of each month at 10am, Nordic Stories features children’s stories from the Nordic countries, along with fun craft projects.
This week’s story is Brave Charlotte and the Wolves by Anu Stohner of Finland.
1 p.m.: MOOMIN MANIA
Join us for a celebration of all things Moomin at the Nordic Heritage Museum’s! Listen to Moomin stories, watch classic Moomin cartoons, and make Moomin crafts at this fun-filled event. Drop-in anytime during the program – events are ongoing. No reservations are needed, appropriate for all ages.
