Chef Mikko’s Sauna Week Recipes

Chef Mikko started his food journey at his familly’s restaurant Cassi, in Stockholm. After attending Helsinki Culinary School, he worked in Europe before heading to Washington, D.C., where he was Executive Chef for the Finnish Ambassador to the U.S.

He now has his own restaurant, Mikko, in the nation’s capital. For National Sauna Week, he created three delicious dishes and generously shares the recipes to make your sauna celebration special.
