Embassy of Finland in Washington D.C. is hosting the Mind-Building exhibition, which presents Finnish public libraries and library architecture throughout time. The exhibition will be open for public every first Tuesday of the month from February until June (February 4, March 3, April 7, May 5 and June 2, 2020), from 4pm to 7pm.
This year’s Summit will focus on the theme of sustainability, in all its forms – economic, environmental, technological, and societal—and the lessons and opportunities Nordic and Pacific Northwest leaders can share.
This exhibit explores the exchange of design ideas between the Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden) and the U.S. in furniture, textiles, drawings, jewelry, glass and product design.
