Iria Leino (1932-2022) was a pioneering Finnish abstract painter. One of the world's first supermodels, in 1966, she moved to a SoHo loft where she painted and lived until her passing. Check website for hours.

October 1 is the deadline for submissions for a juried exhibition of contemporary, folk and traditional arts and crafts by Finnish, Finnish-American and Finnish-loving friends.
