NYC: Finnish Cooking Class

Now you have a great chance to become an even better chef than you already are.
We will be baking Karjalanpiirakka and Laskiaispulla in four shifts and can accommodate 10 persons in every shift.
Where: Finnish Church, 83 Christopher Street

Cost: FF NYMC members $20, non-members $30
Cost includes all ingredients, split pea soup with ham (hernekeitto) and coffee. We will serve egg butter with pirogues and what you don’t eat at the premises you are welcome to take home.
