MN: Sibelius Festival

The 3-weekend festival continues, featuring Symphonies 1 and 6 by Jean Sibelius, and showcasing Music Director Osmo Vänskä in his acclaimed role as “our greatest living Sibelian.”
Violinist Elina Vähälä plays the original 1903-04 version of the Finnish composer’s Violin Concerto.
Pianist Ruusamari Teppo will perform a short Sibelius program before the concert.
