MI: The Kuksa – Carving a Wooden Cup

October 26 - October 28

The kuksa is a carved wooden drinking vessel of Nordic origin. Alex Yerks instructs this course, a great introduction to green woodworking as well as a unique opportunity to learn to safely use a large array of tools while developing techniques which bridge the gap between spoon and bowl carving. This class is open to beginners as well as experienced carvers ages 18 and up.

Classes are 10 am-5 pm each day.
