MI: Learn to Weave Rag Rugs
October 17 - October 19
The Detroit area Finnish Center will host a class on weaving rag rugs.
Sandy Lampi Scheel will be the instructor and the barn loom that was donated several years ago will be used by the students to learn how to weave. This class will be offered on October 17, 18 and 19 beginning at 10:00 am each day. The class will consist of information sharing, demonstrations, discussions, hands on projects as well as weaving.
