FINLAND: Power of Poetry

Pirjo Polari-Khan’s interactive program Power of Poetry is based on her book “Etiquette Village – Book of Manners, Wisdom and Poetry for Children”. She and her puppets will take children back to time when there was no media, and when people could not read or write, but knowledge and stories were passes on orally. She hopes to inspire children to read and write and how they can participate in making world a better place for all.
