Maria Männistö

Maria Männistö of Bellevue, Washington, is commended as one of the finest young sopranos in the Pacific Northwest with versatility in different styles ranging from medieval chant to jazz and rock-n-roll.

Maria is a member of two of the Northwest’s leading vocal ensembles. Her recent debut in a modern opera was highly acclaimed.  She is also known as an inspiring choir director, pianist and organist.  Maria has Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music and studied in the Master of Music Program at the University of Washington.
