This is a recorded audio and visual project inspired by NPR’s StoryCorps.\nAll are welcome to share their most treasured sauna memory\, history\, or experience for the camera and/or microphone.\nWhether the traditions of the sauna are a long part of your Finnish-American heritage or you’re a recent adoptee of the culture\, all ages and people are welcome!\n𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝘀 “𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀”?\nRecordings take place Feb. 19-23\, 2024 by reservation inside a mobile Copper Country Sauna parked at the Finnish American Heritage Center.\n𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲?\nVideo and/or audio recording sessions to be limited to 15-20 minute slots.\nSubjects can opt to interview solo\, or you may bring a guest to capture conversation.\nSoundbooth is a mobile Copper Country Sauna kept to a reasonable temperature.
